Terms

This is sample text for a theme. Replace it with terms written for your own product. The sections below are the ones a software licence usually needs.

The licence

A Pro licence is granted to one person and may be used on any number of machines that person works on. A Team licence covers a named number of people. The licence does not expire; the entitlement to new versions runs for two years from the date of purchase.

What you may not do

• Share a licence key outside the people it was bought for.
• Redistribute the application, modified or not.
• Remove or work around the licence check.

Refunds

Within thirty days of purchase, for any reason, by writing to hello@example.com. No explanation is required and we do not ask for one.

Warranty

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will suit a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, the version you agreed to at purchase continues to govern that purchase. The date above marks the current version.
